We're really close to getting our house in Ohio! The paper work still needs to be completed and signed, but we are anticipating no major problems. Hopefully we will be in the house to start 2009 and can begin our home renovation adventure. Until then the renovation is all in our heads...

It's great to see another Northeast Ohio houseblogger - can't wait to see more pictures. I'm sure you'll turn up some great local sources for house parts and materials that I've missed.
Oh, and if the house you're looking at in Akron doesn't work out, you might consider this one. I expect, given the condition and that it is a foreclosure, you could do quite well with it.
